academia, media and the local/international NGO sectors.
I am a seasoned Adult learning and Biblical counselor with 36 years teaching experience. In this time I taught Science subjects in Secondary school where I encouraged female students to study STEM subjects. I further taught at tertiary level where I helped students cope with challenges of the new found freedom at college level. I have extensive experience with Addiction counseling, Anger management, Stress and Burnout management.
I hold a BEd from the University of Nairobi, a Higher Diploma in Psychological Counseling from Serein Education center and MEd from Kenyatta University. In addition, I have expanded my professional scope by undertaking short professional courses with the Kenya Association of Professional Counselors.
I am a Sunday school teacher for more than 10 years and passionate about guiding and empowering today’s youth. I am dedicated to serving as a mentor for teenagers navigating the complexities of adolescence.
